Bartending Service
This service does not include use of the Mobile Bar trailer. As trained bartenders we can provide only bartending service at your preferred venue. Please request a quote for pricing details.
Mobile Bar Service
Deposit $500 (includes cups, ice, beverages, napkins, stir sticks, and garnish) Non-Refundable 1 month prior to event. Mileage - $1.00 per mile (over 20 Mile radius).
Cash Bar
Minimum purchase - $600.00 Base Service Fee - $500.00 (Deposit) Beer, Wine, & Spirits/Mixers *20% Gratuity*
Limit Bar/Cash Bar
Minimum purchase - $600.00 Wrist Band (Punched) (You Set Limit) (2-6 Drinks per Guest) Base Service Fee - $500.00 (Deposit) Once limit is met – switch to Cash Bar *20% Gratuity added to limit*
Open Bar
Open Consumption for 3 Hours Base Service Fee - $500.00 (Deposit) Head Count Required 14 Days Prior to Event Prices Vary *20% Gratuity* Includes Drink Station: Water, Tea or Lemonade
After Midnight
Cash Bar Only 2 Bartenders up to 125 guests. Over 125 – 3rd Bartender additional $25.00 per hour.
Small Event Packages
Mobile Bar Included: Service for 2 Hours – 50 Guests or Less Bridal, Engagement, Baby Showers, Brunch Etc. Starts at $400.00 *20% Gratuity* 1 Bartender Only Additional Bartender: $25.00 per hour.
